After careful consideration, we have decided not to open Le Sérac for this summer season. Like many establishments today, we are facing recruitment difficulties.
We did not wish to offer you an experience that would not meet our requirements. Because your satisfaction remains our priority, we prefer to take the time to find a full team.
This was not an easy decision, but it is driven by our desire to always welcome you with the same high standards, warmth and passion. We sincerely thank you for your loyalty and understanding. Looking forward to seeing you again this winter.
The good news is that the Bistrotsérac and the Séracgourmet Catering shop will be open 7 days a week starting July 12th. The whole team looks forward to welcoming you and sharing wonderful culinary moments throughout the summer.
